CRM Analytics
Setup Guide
Follow these steps to connect CRM Analytics to your CData Connect account:

Open the Connections page of the CData Connect dashboard.

Click + Add Connection in the upper-right corner.

Type CRM Analytics into the search field, then click the data source name.

On the Basic Settings tab of the new connection, enter a connection name or keep the default name.

Select an Auth Scheme and follow the relevant instructions below.
Authentication Methods
OAuth

Click Sign in to connect securely through OAuth. This action opens the CRM Analytics sign-in page in a new tab.

Log into your CRM Analytics account and provide the requested permissions (if applicable).

At the top of the CData Connect Add CRM Analytics Connection page, click Save & Test.

If the connection test succeeds, a message indicates that your connection has been created.

If the connection test fails, ensure that you entered your login information correctly with no stray spaces or other characters. Then, try again.

OAuthJWT

Enter the following information:

OAuthJWT Cert—the content of the certificate in PEM format.

OAuthJWT Issuer—the OAuth Client Id of the connected app for which you registered the certificate.

OAuthJWT Cert Password—(Optional) required if the certificate is encrypted.

At the top of the CData Connect Add CRM Analytics Connection page, click Save & Test.

If the connection test succeeds, a message indicates that your connection has been created.

If the connection test fails, ensure that you entered your login information correctly with no stray spaces or other characters. Then, try again.
