SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer

Setup Guide

Follow these steps to connect SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer to your CData Connect account:

  1. Open the Connections page of the CData Connect dashboard.

  2. Click + Add Connection in the upper-right corner.

  3. Type SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer into the search field, then click the data source name.

  4. On the Basic Settings tab of the new connection, enter a connection name or keep the default name.

  5. Choose an Auth Scheme.

    • If you choose Basic, enter the following information.

      • User—the SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer username for authentication.

      • Password—the user password.

      • Tenant—the tenant to which you want to connect.

    • If you choose AzureAD, enter the following information.

      • SSO Properties—Single Sign-On (SSO) properties formatted like SSOProperty1=value1;SSOProperty2=value2;.

      • Tenant—the tenant to which you want to connect.

  6. At the top of the CData Connect Add SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer Connection page, click Save & Test.

    • If the connection test succeeds, a message indicates that your connection has been created.

    • If the connection test fails, ensure that you entered your login information correctly with no stray spaces or other characters. Then, try again.
