Setup Guide
Follow these steps to connect HubSpot to your CData Connect account:

Open the Connections page of the CData Connect dashboard.

Click + Add Connection in the upper-right corner.

Type HubSpot into the search field, then click the data source name.

On the Basic Settings tab of the new connection, enter a connection name or keep the default name.

Select which Schema to connect to.

If your Schema is HubSpotV3, you can choose to Expand Associations and/or Include Custom Tables. Note that in the HubSpotV3 schema, certain tables are only accessible using the PrivateAppToken authentication method.

Select your Auth Scheme and follow the instructions in the relevant section below.
Authentication Methods
OAuth

Click Sign in to connect securely through OAuth. This action opens the HubSpot sign-in page in a new tab.

Log into your HubSpot account and provide the requested permissions (if applicable).

At the top of the CData Connect Add HubSpot Connection page, click Save & Test.

If the connection test succeeds, a message indicates that your connection has been created.

If the connection test fails, ensure that you entered your login information correctly with no stray spaces or other characters. Then, try again.

PrivateAppToken
Enter the Hubspot Private App Token in the OAuth Access Token field.
You can generate a HubSpot Private App Token by following the steps below.

In your HubSpot account, click the Settings icon in the main navigation bar.

In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Private Apps.

Click Create private app.

On the Basic Info tab, configure the details of your application (name, logo, and description).

On the Scopes tab, select Read or Write for each scope you want your private application to be able to access. This determines the data the driver has access to retrieve.

After you are done configuring your application, click Create app in the top right. Review the information about your application’s access token, click Continue creating, and then Show token.

At the top of the CData Connect Add HubSpot Connection page, click Save & Test.

If the connection test succeeds, a message indicates that your connection has been created.
