Prerequisites

Before you use the Xero connector, you must configure your own custom OAuth application through the Xero developer portal.

In the Xero developer portal:

  1. Navigate to My Apps > Add Application.

  2. Choose the application type of Auth Code.

  3. Enter a name for your application and the URL of your company. This information is displayed to users when they connect.

  4. Add the CData redirect URI (https://oauth.cdata.com/oauth/).

  5. Click Save. Xero displays the OAuth Client ID of the new application. Copy this value and paste it into the Add Connection screen.

  6. Create a new OAuth Client Secret. Copy this value and paste it into the Add Connection screen.

セットアップガイド

以下の手順で、Xero をCData Connect Cloud アカウントに接続します。

  1. CData Connect Cloud のダッシュボードからConnections ページを開きます。

  2. 右上の+ Add Connection をクリックします。

  3. 検索フィールドに Xero と入力し、データソース名をクリックします。

  4. 新しいコネクションのBasic Settings タブで、コネクション名を入力するかデフォルトの名前をそのまま使用します。

  5. Select the Authentication method, then proceed to the relevant section and follow those instructions.

Authentication Methods

OAuth

  1. Paste the OAuth Client Id that you created in the prerequisites.

  2. Paste the OAuth Client Secret that you created in the prerequisites.

  3. Select the Xero Schema to connect to.

  4. (Optional) Set a Tenant Id to connect to. If left blank, the connection will use the first available tenant.

  5. OAuth でセキュアに接続するには、Sign in をクリックします。これにより、Xero のサインインページが新しいタブで開かれます。

  6. Xero アカウントにログインし、リクエストされた権限を設定します（該当する場合）。

  7. CData Connect Cloud Add Xero Connection ページ上部の、Save & Test をクリックします。

    • 接続テストに成功すると、コネクションが作成されたことを示すメッセージが表示されます。Edit Connection ページのStatus もAuthenticated に変わります。

    • 接続テストに失敗した場合は、入力したログイン情報に余分なスペースや文字がないかを確認してください。CData Connect Cloud は、データが不足している必須フィールドの下にエラーメッセージを表示します。一部のデータソースでは、ソースのWeb サイトに直接サインインする必要があります。サインインしていない場合は、Sign in ボタンの下にエラーメッセージが表示されます。エラーを修正し、もう一度試してください。

    • 失敗したコネクションは下書きとして保存され、Status はNot Authenticated になります。後でコネクションに戻って認証することができます。

PKCE

  1. Select the Xero Schema to connect to.

  2. (Optional) Set a Tenant Id to connect to. If left blank, the connection will use the first available tenant.

  3. OAuth でセキュアに接続するには、Sign in をクリックします。これにより、Xero のサインインページが新しいタブで開かれます。

  4. Xero アカウントにログインし、リクエストされた権限を設定します（該当する場合）。

  5. CData Connect Cloud Add Xero Connection ページ上部の、Save & Test をクリックします。

    • 接続テストに成功すると、コネクションが作成されたことを示すメッセージが表示されます。Edit Connection ページのStatus もAuthenticated に変わります。
