セットアップガイド

以下の手順で、Freshdesk をCData Connect アカウントに接続します。

1. CData Connect のダッシュボードからConnections ページを開きます。

2. 右上の+ Add Connection をクリックします。

3. 検索フィールドに Freshdesk と入力し、データソース名をクリックします。

4. 新しいコネクションのBasic Settings タブで、コネクション名を入力するかデフォルトの名前をそのまま使用します。

5. Enter the Domain for your Freshdesk account. When you are logged into Freshdesk, the domain is displayed in the URL as https://[domainValue].freshdesk.com.

6. Enter the API Key associated with your Freshdesk account. To obtain this, log in to your support portal and open your profile settings page. The API key appears below the Change Password section.

7. CData Connect Add Freshdesk Connection ページ上部の、Save & Test をクリックします。

   • 接続テストに成功すると、接続が作成されたことを示すメッセージが表示されます。

   • 接続テストに失敗した場合は、入力したログイン情報に余分なスペースや文字がないかを確認してください。そして、もう一度試してください。
